Our services are available to clients aged 18 and over only. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Bookings and Payments

All sessions are booked online through our website. Once your booking is received, you will receive an email with payment details.

Payment can be made via Revolut or Bank Transfer. Full payment is required to confirm your session.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

• You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Refunds are not offered once a booking has been confirmed.

• If you miss your session without notice, it will be considered completed and cannot be rescheduled.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

6. Personal Responsibility

Coaching involves self-reflection and action. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results that arise from the coaching process. Elaine O’Leary Coaching accepts no liability for any outcomes resulting from coaching sessions or materials.
